App - Apple/Android is misbehaving or causing trouble....

  1. Be SURE you have the MOST CURRENT VERSION of the app – whether you have Apple or Google phone. 
  2. For the future – make sure you set your phone to get app updates automatically, so you always have the most recent version.
  3. If above doesn’t work to fix problem (and we know for a fact ZERO locations were lost for any user) – UNINSTALL the ScoutLook Hunting app, go to whichever phone store you use and download it again.  Please be sure you do this with excellent cell/wi-fi signal so you don’t get a bad install.
